Some services relating to the visa application process may be impacted by COVID-19 and a range of services we rely on are increasingly unavailable. This includes Australian Visa Application centres in Manila and Cebu which remain closed until further notice. Delays may also be experienced in relation to our panel physicians. While these services are unavailable or delayed, many applicants cannot meet visa application requirements. Applicants will be given additional time to complete checks and provide the requested information.
