 Requirements:

1. Current Passport ( well condition and must valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from New Zealand.
2. Previously issued passport and copy of ALL  ISSUED visa (Valid & expired)
3. Visitor Visa Application Form – INZ1017 &  INZ1224
4. 1) RECENT passport-sized photographs with white background
5. Proof of Employment
   1. If employed:
      1. Employment Certificate (stating the position, tenures and Salary)
      2. Approved Leave of Absences
      3. ITR (Income Tax and Return)
   2. If owned business:
      1. Complete Business registration name (Business License, SEC Registration, DTI)
      2. Company ITR
6. Proof of Sufficient Funds
   1. Bank Certificate,
   2. Bank book/Passbook
   3. Statement of Account/Credit card Statement (for the last 3 months)*optional
7. Other proof of assets (if applicable)
   1. Copy of Land Title *optional
   2. Copy of Car Registration *optional
8. PSA issued Birth Certificate
9. PSA issued Marriage Certificate if married
10. If invited: Invitation Letter stating purpose of visit, duration, nature of relationship and contact details of invitee AND Proof of Citizenship (copy of passport/certificate of citizenship / Resident card)
11. If sponsor by someone: Completed Sponsorship for Temporary Entry Form (INZ 1025)AND Proof of funds from the sponsor (payslip, Bank Certificate, Employments certificate stating salary, tenures, and position (if employed), copy of business registration (if an owned business)
12. If Student, Cert from School as proof of enrolment  + Copy of Student ID
13. If minor:

• • Authenticated Birth Certificate of the Minor
  • Authenticated Marriage Certificate of the Parents
  • Affidavit of Support from Parents
  • Visa of Traveling Companion

14. If not Traveling with either of the parents:

• • DSWD Clearance
  • Affidavit of Support and Consent

15. Fee Php6,000 – for travel not exceeding 59days stay

PROCESSING: Processing within 5 months (90% of applications are currently completed within this time). Timeframes are in calendar days.
