BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• Minimum of 26 full paying passengers to run this tour, any changes in the person will be subject to-recomputation.
• First come first serve basis.
• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit of USD350/person is required upon reservation to guarantee the slot.
• Passport must be valid for 6 months prior to the scheduled departure.
• Full payment should be settled upon the approval of Japan Visa.
• All tickets are issued as a group ticket. Therefore, it is non refundable/ non rebook/ non endorsable/ non reroutable.
• Itinerary and rates are subject to change with or without prior notice. Rates are guaranteed, However, the tour operator reserves the right to update the rates periodically in case of major currency fluctuations, change of government tax policy or imposed new feed.
