TSV Payments Policy

Your airline ticket is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received. Please transfer the full payment to Travel Specialist Ventures immediately after the booking is made on the website. Our travel consultant will notify you within 2 working days after the payment is received. Fares, taxes, fees, surcharges, and seats are subject to changes and are not guaranteed until ticketed.

DragonPay

Make sure to complete all information for us to process your payment. By default, an email requesting payment via Dragonpay will be sent to you containing the reference number. You can make payment via:

  1. OTC Banking allows anybody to walk-in to a branch of any of our supported banks to make a deposit-payment over-the-counter. Dragonpay will automatedly monitor account activities and send an electronic notification to a merchant once a deposit-payment is detected. Currently supported bank for over-the-counter deposit are Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC), Chinabank, EastWest Bank (EWB), Landbank, Asia United Bank (AUB), Robinsons Bank, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), and Unionbank, with more banks to follow. Dragonpay has launched support for ATM-based payments. Presently, banks supported for this channel are BDO, BPI, Unionbank, Chinabank, RCBC, PNB and UCPB. 
  1. OTC Non-Bank allows anybody to walk-in to any branch of our partners to make a payment over-the-counter. Dragonpay will automatedly monitor account activities and send an electronic notification to a merchant once a deposit-payment is detected. Currently supported over-the-counter non-bank outlets are Bayad Center, LBC branches, SM Payment Counters, Robinsons Department Stores (RDS), Cebuana Lhuillier and M.Lhuillier branches nationwide. LBC has over 900 branches nationwide operating from Mondays to Saturdays 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with about 65% of these branches also open on Sundays and holidays. SM Payment Counters can be found in more than 200 SM retail outlets nationwide (SM Department Stores, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Savemore Market, etc.). M. Lhuillier has more than 1,400 branches nationwide operating 7 days a week, with some branches open 24 hours. We also accept ECPay. Customers can pay through more than 2,000 physical channels including Ever Superstores, Gaisano, NCCC, Via Express, ExpressPay, selected Smart and Cignal distributors, selected Petron gas stations, selected Tambunting pawnshops, selected Western Union remittance centers. Payments can also be collected from remote areas through our partner RuralNet, which maintains a network of Rural Banks that can accept payments for us. International customers can go to PNB Remit, Ventaja/PayRemit (which includes most of Metrobank Remittance) or Skyfreight branches.

Online Bank Transfer Via GCASH

You can pay using your GCash credits via the Send Money feature of GCash Mobile Application. To pay TSV, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the GCash Mobile Application

  2. Click the “Send Money” option
  3. Click “Send to Bank” under the Send Money to Bank Account 
  4. Select the BDO on the “Select Partner Bank” 
  5. Enter the following details:
    1. Account Name: TRAVEL SPECIALIST VENTURES GROUP, INC.
    2. Account Number: 0036-4040-1314
    3. Send Receipt to: info@tsv.com.ph

Once payment has been made, we will verify the payment through the email received from GCash.

Online Bank Transfer via InstaPay and PesoNet

You can conveniently pay online from your bank to TSV Bank Accounts through PESONet and InstaPay. PESONet and InstaPay are the latest electronic funds transfer service that enables online any bank account holders to transfer funds in Philippine Peso to our BDO Bank Account. PESONet and InstaPay are the country’s first Automated Clearing House (ACH) under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. PESONet is for transaction amounts of more than Php 50,000.00. InstaPay allows fund transfers up to Php50,000 only per transaction in real-time.

To pay via InstaPay and PesoNet, open your online or mobile bank accounts. Click transfer to other banks and key in the following TSV bank details:
