UK Visa Requirements

1. Completed visa application form (see attached file)
2. A current and valid passport
3. Previous Passport showing history of travel
4. One Passport-sized color photograph
5. Evidence of Your Marital Status (PSA issued Birth Certificate and PSA issued Marriage Certificate)
6. Evidence of your current employment or studies: This could include:
   • • EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE -a letter from your employer on company headed paper – this should list your salary and the length of your employment, confirm that you have been given time off work, and state whether this time off is paid or unpaid, APPROVED LEAVE OF ABSENCES APPLICATION, INCOME TAX RETURN (individual) AND PAYSLIP
7. CERTIFICATION FROM THE SCHOOL REGISTRAR OFFICE – a letter from your education provider on headed paper – this should confirm your enrolment and leave of absence
8. Business Registration documents confirming the business owner’s name and the date when the business started trading:
   • • SEC Registration, DTI Certificate
     • Business License / Mayor’s Permit
     • Business/Company ITR
     • Business Bank Statement/ Bank Certificate
9. Financial Documents/Savings
   • • Bank Certificate
     • Bank Statement
     • Time Deposit Certificate
     • Copy of International Credit Card and Latest Credit Card Statements (3 months prior)
10. Accommodation and Travel Details
    • • Confirmed Flight Booking
      • Hotel Booking / Voucher
      • Tour Itinerary (Day-to-Day Itinerary)

If Invited:

• Invitation Letter addressed to the British Embassy
• Copy of Passport and Proof of immigration Status of the inviter
• Proof of address of the inviter

Note: Additional documents may required if the inviter will sponsor the trip

Evidence of income from property or land

(This could include property deeds, mortgage statements, tenancy agreements, accountant’s letters, land registration documents or crop receipts. If the property or land is registered in several names, you will need to explain how much you own. If the money earned from the land is shared, you should say how it is divided)

Visa Fee is as follows:

Php13,000 – Short-term (up to 6 months, single or multiple entry)

• fees include visafee, processing fee, and VFS Documents Scanning fee
• fees are based on normal processing which normally takes 15 WORKING DAYS of more. For the pass track application, you may avail of the “Priority VisaService” or Super Priority Visa Service” which is additional to the above fees.

Standard UK visitor visas are currently taking longer than usual to be processed due to United Kingdom Visas and Immigration prioritising Ukraine Visa Scheme applications in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the invasion of Ukraine

Standard visitor visa applications are currently taking on average 7-8 weeks to process. UK Embassy are working hard to process applications to get back to the 3-week service standard.
